Racial discrimination in housing generally is illegal, but it still happens, from extremely blatant cases to softer forms.

If it is a real service dog, it should be house broken, and do ask your two questions as stated above (as long as the reason isn't blatantly obvious, like a seeing eye dog). 

I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if they were actual employees of the firm.This is the clearest, blatant form of fraud you can get.

They make claims that are blatant lies, or they leave out information that is critical to making the decision to buy or not.Much of the vacant lots that I've seen have not been perked, are probably unbuildable, and none of that is mentioned in the on line ads.

I still wouldn't, because a court could consider that you are using the LLC as an "alter ego", a blatant attempt to gain partial protection.

No one seems to care that this is blatant extortion and fraudulent.

What made their last attempt so appealing to them, IMO,  and so financially toxic to me, was their blatant MONEY GRAB attempt going out the door (which I brought up in court).

This seems to blatantly contradict the tax code and the IRS instructions, so it's difficult for me to believe. 

It is more general as to various other activities.To me it is simply a math formula regarding the additional gains that could be generated using gray area techniques (nothing blatantly wrong) vs the risk of getting caught multiplied by the penalty for getting caught.

I am all for making money - i am not all for investors destroying the fabric of a city or neighboorhoods just for a good ROINobody has a right to blatant exploitation and i find it funny that folks are screaming “socialism” when 10 years ago no one even knew any of this STR stuff was possible.
