Is it the same as land trusts ?

Looking to get Joe's program & get into land investing.

I have also used Note Service Center and Land Home.

Gotta say, the discussions here have been pretty informative, especially with folks like @Taylor L. and Andrew sharing their insights.Looking at your list, I’ve actually known invetors who recently ventured into Memphis and Greensboro.

The coastal land is already near built out including Miami.

On the flip side the clients I fund in my land deals are doing very very well in the foothill subdivision 50 miles or so west of the springs.. but thats the land game buy low sell high.. cant wholesale that stuff it needs to go on MLS to marketed and turn around time is generally 90 to 180 days but nice margins for my clients ..

You can't just look at where there ads land in the Google results for your property area. it depends on the big markets that come to you.

SupplyLas Vegas is unique because it is a tiny island of privately owned land in an ocean of federal land.

If you have an LLC or the property is owned in a land trust the judge might decide you need an attorney.
