As a consumer I know what I want and the top of my list of priorities when it comes to anything (food, clothes, cars, house) is price.

Also, people keep having babies. 

My advice, baby steps :). 

Great quality starter suits (Italian Mills, good fabrics & cloths) for $500-800 usually.

I'm very OCD and like order so the night before I try to have all my clothes/supplements ready and gym packed.Non training days: Caffiene/Nootropics and cardio by 6 am.Rest of the morning is getting ready for work by 8 am. 

We also caught a lot of lucky breaks along the way like: a very friendly banker, access to private loans from partners and family, baby booms looking to move out of state and off load property at cost.
