I wouldn't recommend it though as I use a property management software that does it automatically. 

(Any company that charges anything other than a flat fee is automatically crossed off the list). 

If this tenant moves out before the end of the 5 year period the next tenants just automatically get the $25 increase in their new rent.

I wasn't sure if maybe TurboTax did this automatically, but there's no indication that it does and I wasn't sure if I should enter my real estate taxes under personal or rental or both, or manually calculate the split.

The biggest change will be that tax deeds will not automatically be issued to the tax lien holder through the tax deed application process.

But this doesn't happen automatically; Georgia law lays out a specific process that must be followed.  

It will automatically download and dategoruze checks, deposits, credit card charges. 

Can you have it automatically set the code to the last 4 of their phone number, or does in generate a random code? 

Is there a way to automatically allocate individual SKUs to broader categories?

For instance if there is a beautiful new kitchen but no permit on record for it, that would not be good for the seller.While it does not automatically mean the work is inferior, it usually is.
