Hey @Chris Schneider - besides what everyone else has already mentioned, I also recommend trying out a power-dialer software that will help automate your own cold calling strategies. 

These are income based loans and rates will depend on your credit score and loan to value (LTV).I've seen programs where values determined by AVM (automated valuation model), not a full appraisal. 

We've had no issues with their AI....the automation and guest portal has worked perfect every time.
