I have no doubt he can teach people how to do Burrrs and flips that are very profitable but of such low quality that it puts a stain on the industry.

Looking to build relationships with experts and also investors in the fix and flipping and also short term and mid term rentals industries.

However, there are more and more resources that are helping the industry as a whole, so hopefully this will shift more positively in the coming years. 

Look at any farming family and most have left the industry...same for fishing, timber etc. 

When investing locally, it helps to network with as many locals in the industry as you can.
