Buildium has has tons of great features, I found it very easy to use.

I tried Zillow Apps years ago and saw that it wasn't very comprehensive.

These areas not only feature affordable purchase prices for many investors but also offer turnkey homes—either newly constructed or fully renovated—ready for tenants.

Asking for a POF or commercial pre-app for photos also doesn't make sense to me because what's the big deal of just making the Google folder available, especially to someone on here who you can see has a full profile and business?

I like it because, I access all of them through a single login from the app.

I was wondering if the PM company can change the settings in the Buildium portal so it sends out monthly owner statements automatically to the owners instead of the owner going in the portal and downloading it manually every month.I spoke to Buildium customer service, they said, there is not a feature like that which I find amusing.
