I'd rather live in a country where there is confusion about what a woman is, than a country where women have minimal rights or where they are in short supply because of failed social engineering policies. 

Helping others is amazing and then being able to do it myself is almost just as sweet. 

Very selective process, and geographical regions- but this is an AMAZING tool for some people. 

I’ve thought about selling the properties and getting something in cash here in SoCal to have it local but the COC is not amazing and it lacks diversification.
