I've noticed a tendency on these forums to always shoot for the moon; while this is admirable, it's not always feasible, or even desirable, for everyone to go that route.I don't think everyone needs to own 50 units.

I gauge my success on two factors; Net Worth and Total Monthly Cashflow.Net Worth- Not because I really care what it is, but because bankers want to know and will lend me money based off of it.Monthly Cashflow- Do I have enough to grow the business and live a comfortable lifestyle.I like a "secret admirer", Matthew.

@Matthew Wright I admire your persistence but I must admit this isn't something I'd go after.

A math approach is admirable, assuming you have faith in your assumptions, but what of practical considerations.
