Do you set it with thinset or do you use their adhesive?

These chemicals leave a lot of residual chemicals even when remediated to the standards of removal according to the state.

Like when I mask the trim,I roll the painters tape all in one single piece leaving a portion of the adhesive side out and downward.

Probably they tried "covering up" the smoke residue instead of removing it.

The residual herbicide could make the healthy sod look spotty.

I think I would cut the taper off the edge of the sheetrock panel to get a square edge, apply white adhesive caulk to the now-square edge of the sheet and then press it tightly into the now-textured corner before putting the screws in.

Its residual income (Money coming in without time going out) if you structure it correctly.  

I'll admit I viewed these cash-value life insurance policies as an approach pushed by a subset of boutique planning firms looking for a way to pitch products with massive commissions (50-90% of the first year premium in commissions, as well as continuing residuals).

So far have removed all of the laminate, carpet, and carpet and laminate adhesive in the rooms to where I believe the smell is isolated.

My current strategy is to buy and hold for long-term residual income to augment retirement, or perhaps become a full-time investor much sooner - should I progress quickly enough.
