We buy most of our building materials from a local supplier - not Home Depot or Lowe's.  

Its presence is pulling some of its suppliers to set up shop close by.

The size of the home / room , energy supplier and fuel type will determine what your heating and cooling means.

Appliance parts supplier, etc.- Learn the leasing management software if you are not already familiar with it (Yardi, Real Page, Buildium, etc)These are just some of the things off the top of my head that would be important.

I would look first at a window supplier.  

The MF management companies have turns down to a science, they use MF vendors and suppliers, and the cost of turns is significantly lower and the efficiency significantly better than using subcontractors.  

Agree with you that we won't hear from their insurance unless somebody go after them with a solid case.Most likely what will happen is Maysonet now Chrestate will soon change name once again and start fresh in other parts of Florida doing the same to other landlords/contractors/suppliers/services providers.

I just thought it was interesting considering the current state of affairs between the USA and Venezuela.Personally though, if the stations are franchises owned by US citizens who are simply being supplied with gas from CITGO, then I think the idea of them finding a new supplier is an excellent one.

First you gotta find a supplier (I recommend Aliexpress/Dhgate for cheap/quality goods), then find a marketing strategy and create social media profiles and keep posting.
