For me it was all groovy with 8 people living in a 4 bedroom house with 4 dogs for a few years, as we were all friends.

Personally, I started out as a bird dog and wholesaler finding deals for other investors in single-family homes.

He has a Zinus Green Tea at his apartment that used to be in his bedroom and he is sleeping in the guest room.My brother in law went on hospice 2 weeks ago so we might have my sister in law move in with us until she goes to live with her son in San Diego so we needed it.

I don't personally want to do a room by room house hack because I have a girlfriend and a dog so privacy is important.

This is very desirable since you can comfortably live with a girlfriend/dog/whatever, and not lose comfort.Buying a SFH, building rooms, renting every room and sharing your room will almost certainly cashflow in most markets (outside of VHCOL cities).

Does the garage have proper firewall protection and heat alarms for whoever is sleeping there?

The carpet in my single family has to go due to dog smell in the carpet padding.

I have 2 million umbrella on all my properties and it makes me sleep well at night.
