Of course if you do not have any siblings and you are her only heir, then these issues would not come into play.Also to add I would be sure you have significant reserves so that you do not face foreclosure on her house due to a lay-off or another significant stressor which could prevent you from making the payments.

My girls are my why and I want to do everything I can to provide/give them the best life possible. 2019 is bringing me a layoff in corporate America, BUT, I'm coming off of a strong production year in 2018 from real estate, and I'm more excited than I've been in a while to create something great as a full time realtor and investor.
