You can easily create your own real estate portfolio document in Microsoft word, Powerpoint, etc.

I’m leaning towards a Microsoft based home computer.

I've read about upcoming developments in these area's (new Microsoft office coming, new commercial developments etc.Based on all the deals I've analyzed to this point, I haven't come across nearly any that didn't have a negative cash flow.

They are the CEOs of Microsoft, Google and Pepsi.

Some of my personal favorites are Relentless and Leaving Microsoft to Change the World.

Likely room for improvement in that space though, especially something that included add-ins for Office/Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.If others are like me and my team, transitioning from purchase to rehab to rental to refi (follow the BRRRR) wasn't super smooth and we're still building out tools and processes to automate and stay on top of things.

I've heard of many different platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Discord, Trello, Asana, Salesforce, etc.

Zoom or Microsoft Teams or Skype are all great for something like this and you can get a great feel for a market with a video chat.Start, right from the beginning, doing real estate investing the way you want to do it for the rest of your life and you'll get the most fulfillment and enjoyment from it.
