I would recommend attending the NARPM Florida State Conference here in Orlando next week on the 20-21st.

I have a desire to put a retreat/conference center on the property.

Jay just messaged me. 75 mortgage people at his conference thought self-encumbering to avoid cash-out to in essense, avoid the 6 month seasoning requirement, would probably be viewed as mortgage fraud.

And Chicago is worse, with a cesspool of reckless liberal leadership.

Hello all, trying to get any good recommendations for any real estate conferences/seminars.

Under their leadership, I have a negative return rate (before depreciation) of around 68k after rents and expenses over 3 years, so I backed off.  

Depending on your availability, if you purchase these units, it may be worth your time to serve in leadership for the HOA to ensure you are in a position to protect your investment.
