If you are single you could look into renting a room for cheap in each location and stash a bunch of money for when you do land at a final location.

Hi @Dain Caesar If you want to flip there are a few ways to do it.  1st Have a bunch of money stashed away and use it to acquire the property and remodel it to sell.  2nd Find someone with a bunch of money that trusts you enough to lend it to you to do the previously mentioned.  3rd Use a hard money loan to pay up to 80% of acquisition and 100% of construction.

@Steve Snyder  joker broker daisy chains... you have to wonder what all these folks do with their time.As for proof of funds.. pretty simple on my end... credible lender you can talk to.. copy of bank account and the buyers personal banker that you can call and verify. either that property was grossly underpriced or you have some pretty unintelligent folks thinking they can just run the dollars up.
