Talk to your CPA, or if you don't have one just read the forums here and the articles and posts by @Amanda Han and @Brandon Hall and @Linda Weygant and @Jim Kennedy and many many other CPA's and you're likely to get the answer to make sure you set up a separate LLCs for doing flips and buying rentals.
