@Jonny MorrisNo problem, I ran into the same thing before with my better half haha ;)  I'm a bit more aggressive with investing than she is, so she will often try to pull in the reigns and I'm always pushing as far and fast as I can go without "sleeping on the couch" lol.

I ran into something similar with a flip that had an oil burner, and the oil soot was circulating in the house due to a bad burner.

I ran the numbers and it seems like you'll be negative about $348/month assuming 10% vacancy, 10% property management, 10% repair, 10% cap ex, $250 tax,  and $40 home insurance.
