I’m curious what loan I should be looking into and the best way to swing this, I currently have $50,000 in equity in my house.

If i dont refi the property, in 4 years it will be about 1900 a month of profit after taxes once paid off.The property im renting out now has 180k in equity currently (enough for 20% down on next house).

I have only owned one investment property (residence turned rental) which I sold at a great time, and now looking to get back into long-term SFH or multifamily investing more seriously to diversify my investments (I'm almost entirely in equities now). 

I made 120k in equity last year with the sale of the houses but because of how stupidly our business was set up, Our tax guy suggested my partners give me most of my equity as a gift because we didn't want to get taxed on it twice.

It has 200k in equity and located in Long Island. 

I'm also considering utilizing $150k-$170k in equity from my primary residence as a HELOC to fund this investment.

I don't want to miss a good opportunity but I am also ok being patient - just trying to get all my ducks in a row, so I have the knowledge if something does come along - our credit is 800+ and we have about 900k in equity in our home with a 3.625 interest rate. 

We have a primary residence with around $350-400k in equity and no plans to move.

At the end of the day sure they can try and run the job online but maybe end up with 5k or so more in equity 100% irrelevant.

We remodeled 2 of the units and have done a substantial amount of work around the property, and we have roughly $270,000 in equity.
