Like or hate the revenue share side, joining eXp does not force you into doing recruiting and recruiting does nothing for you of the recruited agents don’t perform.So with that, and to argue the point by Craig Goodman, agents who perform, keep more money in their pocket at eXp than with most brokerages I have compared with.
