As Jackson said above, i believe you would be fine moving on from your current househack and finding another.

This took under two months to get rent ready and should cashflow about $500+ each month.

I think you'd find it very helpful in your situation.

Generally I'm a fan of hold until you die but in this case you are earning low cash flow on a large amount of equity.

Start with the address and details about the rental.Create a section for tracking the lease information.
