Being new I would suggest started with existing builds but building small multifamily in a small town with a rental shortage could be a smart move (someone's gotta do it).

I'm not sure I would want to be in a blind pool fund at seemingly a late inning stage at this point in the cycleFinally, if you're an average Joe wanting exposure to this sector I would strongly suggest taking a look at the public REITs as an alternative. 

What do you suggest about the listing's title on Airbnb, if you can get this right, it can drive a ton of clicks for you. 

@Daniel Hartz...it would have been easier for suggestions if you have posted the address so some of us could see if there's more equity than what is being stated.  

But I would suggest exploring all options to make sure you are getting the best rate and terms.

As far as calculating cashflow, I would still suggest considering all the PITI and other overhead expenses.

Any suggestions or recommendations out there for best rate HELOC (not 2nd mortgage).
