When an investor gets over 4-5 in a market then we normally talk about diversifying into a different market. 

We have several different people lined up to clean ours depending on time of day and how much lead time we have.

But it really makes a difference.

Tennessee probably works a little different than New York.

The biggest question you need to ask yourself is if you are doing this to afford a property you otherwise couldn’t afford or to save money period, that will lead to very different conclusions about where/if to buy. 

Being mindful of when to sell can mean the difference between stalling progress and moving forward with more strategic investments.
