Carrots and sticks. 

Im an considering signing up with Investor Carrot website.  

Also, I see it looks like Lead Propeller has more included with their standard pkg than Carrot but I do see more people use Carrot..Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Clark Michael one of the podcasts (I forget which one), an investor used a carrot trick as an incentive to their live in property manager person with free rent and a bonus above a percentage of occupancy rate.

Carrot members are able to generate seller, buyer, tenant, and a bunch of other leads through Carrot. 

But if you have another cook fix the beef, celery and carrots, neither one can claim the stew as theirs alone.If you open a checking account in your name and your wife deposits her pay check to that account, you can't claim that all the money is yours just as one cook can't make the claim as the stew being his.

I'm thinking about investor carrot.

It's like the carrot in front of your face for 20 years.

I agree with others that the carrot works better than the stick.

Don't get me wrong, I love BP, but the carrot is dangled here on this topic and how it's so easy to house hack with FHA and then rinse/repeat every year.
