Test out the viability of search keyowrds with Adwords, and after you've proven your process/sales funnel, then invest in a competent SEO.

I used a company called 10billionleads.com and they set up a site and started a Google adwords campaign for us.

Google AdWords works for some sites but not for others and moderation is key with any campaign you pay for that may feature your competitors.3.

-Does the site make money from google adwords,bing,etccTry to sell on a site like Flippa.If your site generates that type of revenue, you may want to get a 'Certified Appraisal' for your site.

They just came out with some new features, too that will integrate Google Ad Words and Surveys (testimonials) !!!

It is basically promoting your company to your buyers persona ( target market- different buyer personas 1) folks with inhertited homes 2) folks downsizing 3) folks behind on their taxes 4) Folks who lost their jobs, cant pay mortgage (whatever situation that you have been successful attracting) through blogs, vlogs, podcasts, SEO, white papers, e books, social media marketing (paid facebook advertising), pay per click (google adwords) and other forms of content creation or content marketing. 

From what I’ve read, he uses Adwords to guide traffic to his site where he’ll have a form in which the person enters his/her email address.

I'm looking for more direction in online targeting through social media and google adwords... this is more so for my Realty business.
