Hi guys, I posted that hosts should focus on one platform to boost ranking instead of spreading out multiple platforms and I think I owe more explanation since all the seasoned hosts do not agree with me.

Any seasoned investors pls share your thoughts.

When did you buy, is it an area you're interested in continuing to invest in, how are bookings during the off-season, etc?

The warranty price will go up as the units are older.

STRs also have the seasonal aspect to it for the winter time in COS and long term rentals are steady. 

It's understandable that unexpected things arise sometimes, especially when you're opening up walls or dealing with older electric or plumbing.

Then when he is older he can have a great start.

If the house is older than 15 years old and an ADU is added, it can become rent controlled.

The other problem with elevating an older home, although it helps reduce the risk from future flooding, it doesn't address bringing the rest of the home to current Florida standards.

Any thoughts and comments welcome as I am very new and open to learning from seasoned investors.
