I tried one of the 5 the normal way with everything almost funded but it was a huge pain with the drawers (they deposited with checks for some reason so it took an additional few days to get the funds) and I had to deal with a super lame system to even get the drawers sent over.

Locations are not important as long as they on board remotely/online and have a strong "online friendly" presence that can satisfy most general banking needs (attractive ach fees, online check deposit, ect). 

I was intending on making an offer on a 4plex with a sale price of 175,000The company that is selling the property is RealPro in Fort Lauderdale.They are asking for a 10% deposit with offer - is that a normal amount?

I told her that the lease will be month to month and the first month rent and security deposit is required at the start of the lease. 

I have never lost a earnest money deposit  though have had to fight for a couple.Just make sure that there is a contingency for the inspection of the  property in writing in the offer and be sure it allows you a few days after the inspection to either request repairs or back out completely.

She has moved out now and we decided to not deduct any money from her deposit for the cleaning because we don’t know the condition it was in when she first moved in, although she did sign our cleaning agreement.
