I appreciate any advices and tips from about the properties in Hartford, and if anyone had purchased tax lien from this area in the past then your advise will be greatly appreciated.

They have cool tips and pointers but are sales at the end which I am not a big fan of.

I have a sales manager and a broker that sell in the $10 million+ range that I can call at anytime and they are very helpful with tips.
