I can't make a dime lol and its not because of deals, its my Marketing techniques, which to say is lousy lmao.......

To be honest, you can roughly estimate repair costs fairly easily (not to the dime, but close enough to give buyers a reasonable idea what they’re getting into).

And I haven't made a dime yet.

Buying right helps both Plan A and Plan B, but I prefer Plan A because it allows me to pick up the quick nickle (forced appreciation), the slow dime (cash flow), and the really slow dollar (appreciation) all along the way, and all with little to no taxes. 

Make very sure there are no hidden costs; nickel & dime fees, etc. 

Hopefully it doesn't come off as nickel and diming. 

All the happy talk is fine for the warm fuzzies, but it doesn't earn dime one.
