Wondering if anyone had a sample lease or could send me a lease that they've used!?

@Nicole W.The thing I always try to remember (though I often fail) is that when dealing with a large enough sampling of the general population you will come across all types of people; the psychotic, neurotic, self obsessed, egotistical, obsessive - compulsive, as well as the unhappy, naive, stupid, etc.  

Always get copies of your leases, I'd ask for that, I'd even ask for a sample lease from them.

and they were not giving out samples and they closed the food court.. so just there probably 10 to 15 people did not need to show up for work and lost wages. there was no TP or paper towels and water was being rationed at 2 cases each. 

Ask to see samples of their work, some are much better than others. 

I couldn't find any sample eviction letters online where the reason for eviction was owner occupancy.

quality of well water is extremely important. need to sample not only for potable criteria but the full range of regulated substances. naturally-occuring metals such as arsenic can be very expensive to treat. 

Sample deal would look like 150k duplex, 35k rehab, ARV 225k with rents on the updated side at 1100 / side.
