Most people i know either use an LP structure or a US-corp with an LLC as it's child.  

Class A beneficiary being a spouse, child, step child, etc. 

How old is your child?

Are you rejecting the animal because you have a severe allergy and would be unable to visit the home to collect rent or inspect the property, or maybe you were attacked by an animal as a child and you have a diagnoseable fear of dogs.  

First am I even allowed to google search an applicant's child's name that would be an occupant? 

@Jeff Ausdemore The requirement is for bookkeeping/accounting for each child series LLC, not for separate bank accounts - that would be overkill, complicated and expensive pretty soon (with all the minimum balance, fees, etc).That means you need to be able to differentiate between income and expenses for each of the child Series-LLC.

Once you have a court order you can go to the finance office and they will deduct his pay... that's how I paid child support for 10 years.
