@Jeff Ausdemore The requirement is for bookkeeping/accounting for each child series LLC, not for separate bank accounts - that would be overkill, complicated and expensive pretty soon (with all the minimum balance, fees, etc).That means you need to be able to differentiate between income and expenses for each of the child Series-LLC.
