Is there other ways to brake into real estate investment?

Hey Bryce,We're still flipping but we're making sure to pad our proformas to account for longer hold times and new market values.Success is built in on the buy when you have multiple exit strategies and a good estimation on your renovation costs.

. # of guests and pets should be easily determined by the booking criteria, and as John said there are exterior cameras to confirm.These questions make more sense if you have some urban party pad, but that’s outside my area of expertise. 

Also consider heated mattress pad and/or blanket for the bed.

If this were a car, I'd want someone to say "Don't forget to kick the tires, look under the hood, check the speedometer, check the dipstick, drive it, see if it pulls to one side while driving, slam on the brakes at 25 miles an hour" etc. etc.

Each time I TRY to get out & find a deal, I find that either me not having ANY money, or bad credit puts the brakes on it!!
