First 15 days under contract - I figured, let's throw these babies on the MLS for 900k total (450 a duplex) and see what happens.

I have not been out in a few months, but plan to soon (our new baby and three new rehabs so far this year are keeping us busy).

If she was breastfeeding a human baby, then hey, it's a natural thing.If she was breastfeeding the cat or something, that's a little strange.If she was trying to breastfeed *you*...

And they also found the body of a baby who was ripped from the arms of her father and drowned.If you're trying to figure out ways to capitalize on our tragedy, there's nothing ethical about it.

In most of the rentals the tenants bring their own frig.Two points:I don't want to repair or replace a bunch of appliances, even if the appliance are left by a former owner or a departed tenant, I tell the new tenant the appliances are in as -is condition and that I will not repair or replace, but I will remove if they wish.Secondly, i welcome tenants bringing heavy things with them, frig, washer, dryer, sometimes range and even baby grand piano. 

Also, with MFH, sometimes you feel like the baby sitter,  when tenants have issues with the connecting side.   

One toddler and a new baby due in February - several weeks away meant that they need more room,They told me that they had an offer from the nationally franchised wholesale company (who may or may not use a caveman in their ads) of $228,000 for their 1,471 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath home in West Plymouth - just 8 minutes from my own home. 

YUP  consumer confidence  fake news and rates 1% higher than the all time low have caused sales to slow down.but baby making machine goes on.. still need homes for peeps to live in

As you can tell to me it is unquestionably unethical, but others have a different view.
