I bought my first property in 1979 and the place is Southern California, one of the highest priced markets in the country.

I’d like to learn what to look for in an area out of state that is more affordable than Southern CA.

So I've been working opportunities as I find them and there have been quite a few connecting flights - we inspect all our deals before we close.As you can see, I picked up a "y'all" drawl - can't beat that Southern charm :)I like all kinds of residential and commercial cash flow - I have some asset remediation experience also.I just love flipping properties and for a guy like me, where else is there to be other than on BP?

But if they're not quite in that price range, whether it is buying or renting, they might be looking at comparatively priced areas in West Allis or southern suburbs.

The great thing about Southern California is there is tons and tons of properties and that makes for lots of Sellers to structure deals with.
