I could buy a refurbished set of Speed Queens, which are great appliances, for about $550 total.

Could you see it being a possibility in Crown Heights, Brooklyn Heights, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, or even somewhere like Ridgewood, Queens?

I have a investment property at 609 N Queen St Martinsburg Wv for sale 75K great shape. 3bed 2 full bath. 

I like to pull my numbers on properties i find through mailers and motivated sellers. it almost seems like the search feature is bugged or something. looking forward to hearing from you. 10206 Elizabeth Ave in southgate ca. is a good example of a pending property that wont come up. thanks and hope you can shed some light on this.

@Karen Margrave , my friend Jim has a vacation rental on Lake Michigan in Wisconsin. 3/2, with a King sized bed in the master with attached bath, two-sink vanity with shower/tub and plenty of towel storage in the hallway bathroom, then two smaller bedrooms, one with 2 sets of bunk beds and one with a queen bed.All bedrooms are smallish, while the rest of the house is open-concept.
