Like kind doesn't have to be identical, so I think you could exchange into timber land or an RV park if you didn't already own it or it wasn't your primary residence. 

So much fraud with people using other people's identities to get properties.

Concerning mobile homes on real property, these are closed in escrow in a near identical procedure as any single family home.

It would save you from having to send multiple emails while protecting individual identities and contact information.  

Just tell them you need verification and leave it to them to figure it out.
