Hey all,I'm coordinating well and septic inspections for an REO that's been winterized and am hoping the good folks here at BP can help me lay out the steps in the proper order.So far I have my contractor ready to dewinterize so the inspections can take place.

This is understandable since they are coordinating everything, but still, many do take advantage of this.

I think Im going to have to bite the bullet and hire an assistant to get it done.for sure my wife has a transaction coordinator she does not do her own paper work follow up.. trans coordinator for high volume agent is a must in my mind.. leaves her time to sell sell sell 

So nice not to have to respond to and coordinate every call again!

All of my tenants are long term tenants (2+ years so far, some going on 5 years) that have all paid their rent mostly on time, maintain the properties as well as I could hope and have been easy to work with in terms of coordinating maintenance and communicating.
