I have a few questions which I hope you good folk might help me with regarding buying property in the USA.1) Do I need a US registered business to buy investment property in the US or can I do so from my Canadian registered Real Estate Investing Business?

Although the title says Canadian, this works for all international investors. 

This is not a global warming issue as it is popular to think, this is about too many people.

My question is threefold.(1) Are there Canadian investors on the BP site that have personally invested in a US property, or have assisted other Canadians in that process?

Upon the filing of an application for examination, an applicant must submit a detailed appraisal experience log on forms prescribed by the Board documenting at least 3,000 hours of real property appraisal experience, gained over a period of at least 30 months, of which at least 50% must be in non-residential workNow you need the following to become a Real Estate Salesperson. successfully complete the required 75-hour Salesperson Prelicense Course at a school approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission; successfully complete a minimum of 10 quarter hours or 6 semester hours of either course work eligible for a major in real estate from a U.S. or Canadian accredited college or university or course in real property, agency, or contracts from a U.S. or Canadian accredited school of law.

Unless you are very strategic and know the markets ups-down in a global-macro economy level, I would say worst time to invest is tomorrow (because time is money).
