And the agent suggesting Detroit is just going to screw you, especially if its a turn key investment, and that is from personal experience.I was in the same situation you are in and had nobody to guide me but i did my homework and went on sites like this but once i had a criteria of what I needed a property to be for me to buy I just went out and bought it. 1st off, it would be worthwhile to find out if you qualify for a loan, but even if you did, interest rates are moving upward so time is running out on a good rate.

Well, since we are all here, we obviously think flipping is worthwhile but none of us know if it is a good idea for you because we know nothing about you or your experience or skills.If you do your homework and learn the business and can find homes to buy at enough of a discount, you can be very successful.

I think that if you could rent it out during more than one season it may be worthwhile, but the conversation that prompted me to do the math was in regards to having a house on an island off Maine called Vinalhaven that we visit frequently.
