Obviously if you started before the complaint you win instantly.

We are spoiled and typically fill our vacancies nearly instantly and I suspect this is unlikely for this vacancy but I will know much better next weekend.  

Very bizarre.Real estate would not make instant rich as real estate is actually just following market movement.

Whether I house hack or not, I'd much rather own a brand new building in a booming neighborhood that gives me an instant equity bump with no repair expenses for the next 10 years, even if it meant a small cash flow in the first year of househacking, than owning an old duplex in a B-C neighborhood that gives me an OK cash flow but also eats more time and money to insure, maintain and repair the whole time I own it.

So I can no longer work as a nurse in corrections a massage therapist my 30 year careers gone in an instant.

If for some reason they did not already have an agent within that distance you would want to make certain your office was visible (google, maps, local directories, phone book, whatever) should they be looking for an agent to meet the banks criteria.Of course this is just logic, but you would be amazed how many agents its actually difficult to find.And as a related issue - if you are an agent - you should be able to Google your name and find your number instantly.

Some people hang up on me on the phone maybe because they instantly knew I was a foreigner.  

So I could instantly send the same offer and everyone was happy. 

If your email account can't push messages to your phone the instant the message is sent, or you can't respond in seconds, you have no chance of getting the deal.
