You may not be able to afford everyone immediately but as you grow make sure to incorporate them.

Incorporating the BRRRR strategy?

Prior to working in corporate tax I was a site coordinator for the VITA program in Orange County (which i will plug to everyone in another post) where i prepared individual taxes for a few years.  

I come from an advertising background as a Creative Director in corporate america.

Both are actual incorporated cities while Joshua Tree is actually an unincorporated area of San Bernardino County.  

They are both inspiring and a reminder that even though everything doesn't always go as expected that is also a learning tool for future success.I also love all the ways you incorporated partners and partnerships - even including your spouses (My wife and I often joke that there real needs to be a support group for spouses who work together!)

'Business' credit cards can usually only be provided to profitable, incorporated businesses if you are talking about a true non-recourse type of debt...meaning you would file bankruptcy under your business (not you) if you could not pay them back. 

Taking a city like NYC or other dense CBD areas (SF?)

Are these outside incorporated towns/cities?
