I prefer hardwood and tile depending on the room.Stains or excessive grease/grime is another matter.

We're in the baby steps stage of learning how to flip houses as well.

I hired a GC to handle the renovations from top to bottom and for the most part, everything went off without a hitch in the early-mid stages with the exception of some delays that may or may not have been avoidable.

If it saves time and money, it will eventually be done... and whether it’s blockchain or quantum isn’t that relevant... it’ll likely happen in stages and these are fundamentally different technologies developed to address different problems.  

I've been building my investor database, and within that, I've created an Investor Pipeline that associates each investor into a stage of our communication, in addition to an assigned probability for landing that investor.

The rehab looks great and the staging is nicely done.

Then, when you Refinance, you can pay back the LOC, you'll have excess cash and equity in your home if needed to buy the next property, plus have access to the LOC.
