I loathe moving and it's just nice to have a few of these things already out in the house in case they're needed.As far as rehab stuff, I always install:*gooseneck faucets in the kitchen (Amazon sells a decent one that's not at all expensive)*some kind of subway or glass tile backsplash, depends on the house*sheet vinyl under all sinks*plantation style blinds on the windows, don't want them hanging their own (or tacking up towels or sheets over the windows)*LED bulbs everywhere, I grab a bunch when they go on sale *some kind of cute, cheap pendant light over the kitchen sink (again, depends on the house).

From just driving around Largo & Clearwater it seems there are tons of great pockets of cute, affordable family oriented neighborhoods, and then with one wrong turn you are in a not so safe area. 

We actually end up paying less to lease my Audi Q5 than it costs to own my wifes VW Jetta when factoring tax savings and maintenance savings. ( All my maintenance is included in my lease)a cute movie that reflects this is Tin Man with Danny devitto  they are 50s siding salesmen.. and the front of the office is one caddilac after the other lined up.when I grew up in my dads land sales business the ride of the day.. was a Jeep Wagoneer with the faux wood paneling.. but now a days you can buy a nice new Mercedes small one for under 40k.. 

And the average age a woman has her first child is 28.

There is a guy on DayTraders.com or some site asking us why are we playing with real estate.There is a woman on BitCoins-R-Us getting on my case to jump in while it's still hot in digital currency.And a Subway franchisee really let me have it the other day.They are all "right" I guess.

I hate business cards with small print, on a cute background that blends in with the words...Name/Entity, email, phone number, and what you do...
