From what I do know SBA loans are a real pain and very time consuming and a bunch of red tape to get approved.In your area is there not property that can be purchased existing for less than replacement cost??

The program comes with a lot of red tape and the funding is extremely difficult to obtain (from talking with people in the space).

There was no BP then but I listened to real estate seminars on cassette tapes (for those of you young ones - that's what we have before audio CDs).

Is it overlapped and taped?
