If you do so, you leave yourself no escape clauses and the seller is under no obligation to accommodate your lender's inspection team.  

Typically they will do accommodation for existing clients.  

Again, not saying that they're on their way to failure, but sheesh, people want more money back than they can accommodate at the moment.
