I have been able to get over market by keeping my properties in great condition, offering extras like a tv on the wall  w/ surround sound or bedroom furniture I didn't need and marketing better than a real estate agent can.

Further, I'd most likely have spent those two hours watching TV, not working on some other deal.When I really did put in a laminate floor, about 750 feet in about 36 hours total, I saved myself something like $2000 (yes, I priced getting it installed.)

Armando runs some very slick 30 min weekend TV segments here in the NY metro area.They are so sexy that i know its a scam and they make me want to call and register.No doubt he makes boat loads of cash from training.
