Investors do "outside the box" transactions, which mean their requests will be the oddball cases.

Let them know that you had a contractor inspect the property, found clear issues that make this deal not make sense at the current price, and request major concessions or walk away.

Turning down closings for their benefit but always looking over and above for their best interest with all the best resources searching high and low to grant their request is a good Broker/Lender.

Umbrella Liability limit of $100,000,000  --  tenant requesting to move to $50,000,000 limit2.

I always respond to repair requests quickly and treat my tenants like paying customers.

That may even become the more required request over the updated kitchen or an extra bathroom.
