BP is not responding again, so a quick one.Not sure what experience you have KMP is buying institutional notes but there are always representations and warranties, expressed and implied, regardless of disclaimers, they weren't non-performing from the inception.Rick knows you can't harass a borrower, that's a great way to lose amounts due and pay up to $100K in fines, not the smart way.

I'm already required (in the states I'm familiar with) to disclose known defects, but this item seems to imply a higher standard.I'd also reject that whole second section about the late rent stuff.Not to say you couldn't propose the language, heck go for whatever you can get that protects you, but you might find that you won't get agreement on all of it.That doesn't matter though, because your due diligence period (the way you worded it in 1-5) allows you to back out of the deal if you discover that the financials aren't what was represented.Regardless, you should consider having your attorney review your contract.

I believe they asked us because my wife and I are the eldest and more comfortable working with us on their finances.Brian, they are my family and even if it comes down to turning down their offer, I have to make an effort for my wife's sake as well.I'm by no means implying being disrespectful to them.
