I can bang out models like a machine!

Hi, I'm new to REI but I've been a web marketing machine over the past 17+ years (mostly online, with some offline experience).

There is no water to the refrigerator for water and ice machine.

Businesses are not run like perfectly efficient machines.

.  :-)  I especially love the vending machine and the recycling center ideas.  :-)  I did jot down a few other things to look at for now such as offering furnished options, offering shorter leases (especially when my leases end at a time I don't like, such as January as my new property will for the first year until the Right of Redemption expires and I fully renovate it which will take a few months and set me up for spring tenants. 

When a computer geek messes up on a design, pressing the alt-cntl-del keys resets the machine.

Yes, my 401k doesn't send me a check every month, but it returns 6.5% annually and will pay out like a slot machine in my retirement.
