I work in JAX airport and for as small as it is we have 2....starbucks in thereone befoer security and one right after, i guess they figured since you would have to get rid of your coffee before you go through screening, you could just buy another on the other side :roll:

Again, there is a difference between having a guest spend the night (it shouldn't matter if it is an out of town friend, girlfriend, or relative).Really, if you are having these problems it is very possible you failed to screen your tenant properly (yes, I know Fair Housing laws sometimes make it difficult).

The 2% is just a screening tool and I always also consider the cash flow and equity.
